TransTools for PowerPoint

PowerPoint

TransTools for PowerPoint is a special add-in for Microsoft PowerPoint. It contains a number of useful tools for various translation tasks.

Features overview

  • Tag Cleaner: re-formats your PowerPoint presentation in order to minimize tags displayed when you import it into your CAT tool. Tag Cleaner is a must if you need to translate a PowerPoint presentation converted from a PDF document.
  • Unbreaker: helps you find incorrect paragraph and line breaks in PowerPoint presentations and quickly remove them, preventing segmentation and tag issues in your CAT tool.
  • Change Language: makes it easy to apply a specific spellchecking language to an entire presentation or in selected slides, textboxes or text.

How does it work?

Once installed, TransTools for PowerPoint integrates in Microsoft PowerPoint ribbon:

You can run any tool by clicking its button from TransTools ribbon as shown above. If you need to use one of these tools frequently, you can right-click it and choose 'Add to Quick Access Toolbar' to make it easily accessible.

Click any tool in the screenshot above to get more information.
